Juszczyk had two carries for one yard and two receptions for six yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 29-22 loss to Atlanta.
Analysis: Juszczyk recovered a fumble on punt coverage and nearly broke the plane of the end zone, so coach Kyle Shanahan rewarded his fullback by drawing up two plays to eventually get him the score. Returns to contest
Juszczyk returned to Sunday's game against the Saints after being evaluated for a concussion, Jennifer Lee Chan of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Evaluated for head injury
Juszczyk left Sunday's game against the Saints and is being evaluated for a concussion, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Analysis: Juszczyk suffered the injury on a hit directly to the head after he caught a pass in the fourth quarter and was visibly shaken up. He'll enter the league's mandated concussion protocol and well need to be cleared by an independent neurologist before returning.

Juszczyk had seven catches for 63 yards in Sunday's 36-26 win over Arizona.
Analysis: Juszczyk set new season highs in receptions, yards and targets in one fell swoop. The versatile fullback was targeted just nine times over his previous five healthy contests, which was a bit surprising given the lack of receiving talent that San Francisco brings to the table. Juice had stretches of flirting with deep-league value (even as a fullback) over his first two seasons in San Francisco, so maybe this strong outing will earn the 28-year-old more looks down the stretch.

Juszczyk was unable to haul in his lone target of Monday's 27-24 loss to Seattle.
Analysis: Juszczyk didn't earn a touch in his Monday return from a knee injury, but he did make a difference early, sealing off a block to help spring Tevin Coleman for a 22-yard gain midway through the first quarter. Juszczyk has been a solid enough receiver out of the backfield in recent seasons to warrant potential consideration on bye-heavy weeks, but an injury-plagued 2019 has held him to just seven total touches for 82 yards this season. Sheds knee injury

Juszczyk (knee) was participating in Tuesday's practice, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Juszczyk's level of participation remains unclear since the 49ers won't have an official injury report until Thursday, but it's nonetheless a good sign about his potential return. The 28-year-old was given a four- to six-week recovery timeline after suffering an MCL sprain Oct. 7, and Monday's game against the Seahawks would be the five-week mark. In fact, Jusczyk told David Lombardi of The Athletic he feels "100 percent" and is on track to play Monday.
